I see. David Faure is in Belgium right now (AFAIK) attending
the OSDEM, so he surely has problems catching up with reading
all the mails he gets (and he gets a *lot* :) right now.

Please be patiend, I'm sure he will setup your account as soon
as he's back.

In the mean time I'm applying this patch for you :)
