Hello.

"KChart Data Editor" can handle only data of "16x16" by a maximum.
So I am able to have tried to treat data of "99x99" by a maximum.
The reason that I turned into "99x99". Max of a spin box of "Rows"
and "Cols" is "99".

Speed of program does not become slow by not letting you execute
an useless loop order.

I will attach a patch.
Please try to use.
