Hmm, this again.......
Do you have a file $KDEDIR/share/apps/Office/kpresenter.desktop and does
it contain a X-KDE-NativeMimeType entry ?
Do you have a ~/.kde/share/apps/Office/kpresenter.desktop ?
Does it work if you run "kbuildsycoca" by hand ?
