Hi!

I have just installed the actual final beta and have tried the KSpread 
program.

In the control center in /personalization/country & language/numbers I have 
set the decimal symbol to the "comma" symbol (its used here in germany).

But when I enter numbers with decimals in kspread and I use the comma as 
delimiter kspread don't understand it as the decimal symbol and displays 
therefore only the numbers. In the top "status line" (?) I can see correct 
values, but in the cells I can only see the numbers without the decimals. 
Also when I use formulas to compute something only the numbers are used, not 
the decimals. Only when I use the english dot "." then kspread interpretes 
the decimals right.

Is this a bug? Will this be fixed in the final version?

I must say that I have set the menu language to english, only the numbers, 
money and time&date to german values. In the blueish status window of 
"country&language" I can see the _correct_ settings.
