thought i'd pass on the solution to the outlining problem that i've pestered 
this list about...the fastest and most adaptable tool in koffice for 
producing traditional alphanumeric outlines is not the word processor, but 
the spread sheet...incredibly swift for editing and inserting...perhaps one 
of the code wizards lurking about might want to look at setting up a mode 
where kspread was optimized for such...but even if not, it works well for 
that purpose as is...
