How to reproduce:
1. Start kword and open one of the multi-frame DTP templates
2. delete the frame with the cursor in it.
Expected result: frame is sucessfully deleted
Actual Result: Crash due to signall 11

Suspected Cause: no active frame confuses kword

Suggested fix: make kword handle lack of active frame gracefully, or
activate a random frame.

System stats: Linux i686 running stampede 0.90-rc4, kernel 2.2.16
