How to reproduce:
1. Start kword and open the blank template
2. create a new text frame that totally coveres the one existing frame.
Expected result: new frame is sucessfully created
Actual Result: Crash due to signall 11

Suspected cause: no way to draw cursor, which is in the covered frame.

Suggested fix: when a frame can't draw it's cursor, deactivate the frame
or make a random new frame active.

System stats: Linux i686 running stampede 0.90-rc4, kernel 2.2.16
