Log Message:
Finally killed my old KTextObject and replaced it with my new KTextEdit,
which is much better to use, better design, implementation and has
also usable selections :-) Also nearly all crashes in KPresenter were
related to the old KTextObject, so quite some bugs can be closed now :-)

A result of this very big change is that the file format changed a bit
(not as borken as before anymore). Old kpr files can still be read and
are automatically converted to the new format when loading by a perl
script written by  David (thanks to him!).

So, if you have to make a KPresnter presentation in the next days, I
would not suggest to update. Else try it - I tested loading quite some
existing presentations and it worked quite well. Expect to spend
a few minutes on fixing some details when loading an old existing
 presentation though.

Ok, now nearly everything is done for the integration of the new text
edit widget, only headers/footers are not ported yet, as I'll rewrite
that tomorrow. Also I'm sure there are quite some more or less small
problems now related to the KTextEdit change, which I'll work on in the
next days too.

Also I could kill quite some old and crappy code :-))
