Looking at the xml file I wonder:
is it needed to put the page width in mm, pt etc in the file. One preferred 
format would be enought, right?

This directly extends to frames which occur a lot more in the file, so the 
saving would be considerable (not to mention the readability)

So I suggest; save only the sizes in mm (which is the smallest unit except for
points, but there is no real standard for points)
