This seems to be the same crash as the one we got in kio_uiserver recently
(crash when KTMainWindow calls updateRects()).
Can you try "make clean ; make install" in kdelibs/kdeui
and kdelibs/kparts ?
I don't know why this is necessary but it fixed the problem with the ui server.

That is what's definitely odd. setMenu doesn't call createGUI - that's
impossible since KTMW is in kdeui and MainWindow is in kparts...
It calls updateRects, at that line... (and updateRects isn't virtual).
Definitely a compilation problem.
