Hi,
I am just starting to write my first progamm, so I have too less
experience for this:

I remember a usefull tool for MS Encarta Encyclopedia Deluxe:
a textelement-managementsystem where users can easily change the
sequence of the textelements. If you are working on a paper or
report you can copy text or an image into empty entries an title
them. When you are finished with collecting datas, you can order the
textelements and connect them. After that you do just one click and
the text is in KWord and with another click you can print it.
