Some feedback on Kword (as requested):

1. ToC
- Current behaviour: A Table of Contents (ToC) is always inserted at the top of
the page you're in, and it seems that right after the ToC there is a hard frame
brake inserted. 
- Desired behaviour (IMHO): A ToC should be inserted right at
the cursor position, and no hard frame break should be inserted.

2. Embedded KPresenter frame
- Current behaviour: An embedded Kpresenter frame works just fine when it comes
to producing Kpresenter stuff within that frame, but as soon as you leave the
frame the contents are invisible.
- Desired behaviour (IMHO): WYSIWYG, i.e. the stuff within the embedded
Kpresenter frame should be visible at all times, and printable too.
