No, this is wrong.

ksycoca is in kdelibs. But look at what you've done:
you're mixing stuff from 19991204 (very old) with stuff from 20000228
(who numbers the wrong way round, BTW ?).

You have to get kdelibs (and kdebase if you want) from the same date
as the rest.

And get rid of qt-2.1.0.19991128-1_i586.rpm. Stone age :)
