I've actually thought about that a bit... I can't really think of a
technical issue why it shouldn't be possible to port KOffice to
Windows.  The following should do it:

1) Get a professional Qt Windows version
2) Take the KDE classes that KOffice uses and provide wrappers for the
   (very very few) Unix specific C calls
3) Recompile with your favorite Windows compiler

It would probably take a bit of time.. but I don't see why it wouldn't
work :-)
