I looked at that troll tech used a rsync server.
So you can upgrade you qt directory without download 4Mb.
When you want to upgrade your qt , rsync check all files and upgrade only
new files.

Download Qt Free Edition Snapshots via sync
</h1>
Pre-release versions of the Qt 2.x Free Edition are now available via
rsync. The pre-release snapshots come with absolutely no warranty. The
API presented by these pre-release snapshots may change considerably,
including source and binary incompatible changes. The next
stable Qt 2.x release will not necessarily contain all features present
in these pre-release snapshots.
<p>
To get snapshots in this way, choose a directory in which to install
the distribution (<i>your-qt-repository</i>), and run the command:
<p>
<pre>
    rsync -a rsync://rsync.troll.no/qt <i>your-qt-repository</i>
</pre>
This will change all the files in <i>your-qt-repository</i> to match the
files on our rsync server. Note that no merging is done - if you have made
changes to your sources you will lose the changes, so keep patches.
