Hehe, the latter. It is serious but too developer oriented in my opinion.
When I know I want to insert a part, whether that's going
to bring a 'tool' in your sense or not, is for me (dumb user) unimportant.
My main action is _insert_.
But you're the author and I'm not part of the UI group, so this is
only a dumb user opinion. :)
