Well, I should have been a bit more clear here.  Almost all of them are
from the CVS as-is.  The Katabase one is the one from the CVS for
'unspecified'.  Basically Katabase needed one (just to show it on the list)
and I had one left over ('unspecified') and it looked like a decent match,
so I used it.  Again, just to show how it would look... I don't know what
the artists have planned.

The KPresenter and KDiagramm ones weren't in the bunch that had the little
gears in the corner, but had their own icons, so I grabbed those and
changed them to fit with the others (the KDiagramm one I ended up redoing
from scratch -- if the artists find it useful, feel free to grab it).
