Applications is more traditional but I like components better; it
emphasizes the interoperability.  Is there an "official" answer to this?

I'd add that everything should be HTML 4.0 compliant (as defined by the
W3C) and viewable in KFM, Lynx, and Netscape (at least).  I can be the
watchdog for this stuff.

Also, I just sent Reggie an updated page for install instructions in the
current format, so that's taken care of.
