According to the "installation" page off of http://koffice.kde.org/,
one should run mico's ./configure with "--disable-mini-stl".
After doing this, running kdelibs's ./configure complained:
checking if we use mico's mini-STL... no
configure: error: compile mico with --enable-mini-stl

Which is it?
