Does anyone have a _simple_ OpenParts example program I can look at?

If not, can you tell me when/where I'm supposed to declare the OPFrame
and attach a (local) OPPart?
I've got an OPMainWindow which will show itself, but if I try to
add the creation on an OPFrame in the constructor I get a segfault.
