To KOM/OP programmers

I've been interested in the KOM/OP, so I was trying to make a program
that can use the KOM/OP. but I found that it's not easy to me. :(
I tried to understand tutorial programs that comes with kdelibs package,
but It was also difficult to me. 

I knew that there is the introduction to KOM/OP written by Torben Weis.
Where can I find it? There isn't a link in the KOffice FAQ.
