Can't you read? Type 'koffice/lib/kofficecore ; make koffice.h'! 
 
koffice.h gets autocreated by idl. Only on some systems there are configuration 
problems and then it doesn't get automatically created, so you have to create it 
by typing the above stuff. 
 
BTW: This is described in the KOffice FAQs!
