statusbar updates as implemented in the KoToolManager require work in each app
and we have some half-ported statusbar work in KoView.  I suggest we finish up
the koview work to make it work in all apps.
This work should also take into account that the current toolmanager solution
does not work in apps with more than one canvasController.
