I wrote a KPresenter document which used some links at the end for
references. When the document is rendered to HTML there is no <a
href...> markup to make the links work.

There's an example of the output at
http://diotalevi.isa-geek.net/~josh/Presentations/Perl%205%20VM/html/slide_44.html.
You can see KPresenter has created an HTML wrapper and a PNG image of
the slide but hasn't done anything to create the image maps.

Please suggest something to get a useable HTML page out of this.
