Sorry about this.  I'm trying to get something else done at the same time.

I assume auto-syncing occurs.  You could check that when a new news item 
is added.

The code I've used is

+ KOffice news

The first line is the heading.  A single + means head 1.  ++ is head 2 
and so on.
