Err... I have used the odf
validator(http://www.koffice.org/developer/fileformat/validate.php)
oasisfilecheck on this and had this result:
./oasisfilecheck /tmp/KDE_3.odt
Archive: /tmp/KDE_3.odt
extracting: mimetype
inflating: content.xml
inflating: styles.xml
inflating: settings.xml
inflating: meta.xml
inflating: Thumbnails/thumbnail.png
inflating: META-INF/manifest.xml
Checking content.xml...
/tmp/oasistmp/content.xml:149:6: fatal: The entity "sum" was referenced, but
not declared.
Checking styles.xml...
Checking styles.xml strict...
/tmp/oasistmp/styles.xml:16:549: error: bad value for attribute "country"
from
namespace "urn:oasis:names:tc:opendocument:xmlns:xsl-fo-compatible:1.0"
Checking meta.xml...

Checking settings.xml...

With the other #3 submitted to the list I have this:
./oasisfilecheck /tmp/odf-camp-sample3.odt
Archive: /tmp/odf-camp-sample3.odt
extracting: mimetype
inflating: content.xml
inflating: styles.xml
inflating: settings.xml
inflating: meta.xml
inflating: Thumbnails/thumbnail.png
inflating: META-INF/manifest.xml
Checking content.xml...
/tmp/oasistmp/content.xml:238:27: fatal: Element or attribute do not match
QName production: QName::=(NCName':')?NCName.
Checking styles.xml...
Checking styles.xml strict...
/tmp/oasistmp/styles.xml:11:540: error: bad value for attribute "country"
from
namespace "urn:oasis:names:tc:opendocument:xmlns:xsl-fo-compatible:1.0"
Checking meta.xml...

This is not sounding very good, definitely. Moreover OOo can't open them at
all. One more thing is that I just open a one page docs, while the pdf has
around 52, IIRC.
