I have commited a patch that fixes the problem. Unfortunately, to be able to 
use your old documents containing you'll need either a previous version of 
koffice, to wait to next version, or to get latest svn code. Sorry for the 
inconvenience :(

A great way of helping is trying betas and release canditates, so we can catch 
these kind of bugs before releasing.
