Hello Alan Horkan,

ok, the idea I tought is quite simple... You've a mouse wheel, if you put it in the location bar on Konqueror and move it you'll see the others site you usually visit... So, there could be a small bar with the languages choose by the user to use in his system (in the KDE personal settings), then he could just go there and move the mouse whell and it'd be selected :)
