There will be a string freeze unlift for kexi for 1.6.1 and 1.6.2, I am willing to accept other small string changes in 1.6.x for tooltips in other koffice applications _but_ I doubt that it is a good idea. But I think, that starting for 2.0, a two weeks or more UI review between feature freeze and string freeze would be a good idea, but it is up to the release manager to decide ;)
