Definately.  the Document Information dialog is exactly the right place for licensing \
and other metadata.  The save dialog does not sound like an appropriate place fro \
this information.  

Further to what Alex said, the Creative Commons people are hoping to encourage \
applications to make it easier to mark documents with Creative Commons licensing so \
it would be very useful to have them included in the preset Licenses.  

In particular I think Karbon and Krita would benefit since XMP and metadata is \
getting heavy use in graphics applications.  

Reset priority to Normal, metadata is increasingly important even if the semantic web \
hasn't been as succesful as people might have hoped.  Maybe presenting the document \
properties and metadata in terms of "tagging" would help? \
