Hi,

I talked to Russel before via private email.
I gave him some feedback on the usability of the ott files (which are 
normal odt files as far as kword is concerned). The basis to getting them 
working properly is to find the ODF features that both suites offer at 
this time and use those in these files.
All I could do was make sure these would have better support in a future 
version of KOffice.

If someone is interrested in diving into that problem, and work on 
altering the files themselves, I suggest replying to him.

Dear KDE Team

We have Opendocument label templates
http://www.worldlabel.com/Pages/openoffice-template.htm offered for
free on our site.

We have been asked by an Oasis member to include/mention KOffice as an
application also for use with these templates. We would like to know
if someone could do a brief test and make any suggestions on how they
can be improved for the KDE.

For you information, we are planning on launching a gallery for
pre-designed labels like in the MS Office Templates Gallery but much
better designed labels which can be personalized for shipping,
mailing, CD, book labels, kitchen labels, Wine, wedding and a lot more
in Opendocument format. We hope to launch the gallery in a month or
so. I have attached a couple of examples for your review.

Thank you and look forward to your feedback and any suggestions for
improving the templates.
