Thanks for your reply. Yes I am able to import my pdf file correctly into 
kword. How ever I have two problems when adding text. It seems I need to add 
text boxes to the document to add my text. This is fine with me. But creates 
two problems. One problem is that the text box has a frame around it and I 
can not find a option to have no frame. Two the frame box covers over any 
underlying portions of the original document. I tried the option to make the 
text box background translucent, but the text box still seems to cover over 
the background image. Does any one know how to correct these two problems. I 
would like the filled in document to look like the original with the added 
text. The added text boxes should not show in the printed version.
