This is the problem, the file is corrupted. Did you try to build KOffice 
before?

Change your working directory to 
/usr/ports/editors/koffice-kde3/work/koffice-1.4.1/filters/kword/msword

and enter the command "gmake clean". This should remove the corrupted file. 
Running "gmake" should rebuild the filter and the problem should be gone.
Then you can resume the build process.
