There seems to be general agreement we would all like to see this happen.  (Issue was also mentioned on Koffice mailing lists.  Marking bug as New on this basis.)

What needs to be done on a practical level to help make this happen?  

OpenClipart.org is being included by more and more distributions and installed to /usr/share/clipart/openclipart/
