Yes, but a few things might not work:
- non-inline tables, which have been disabled from kword's GUI now anyway
- inline tables with other things in the same paragraph (fixed in CVS now)
- default tab width (fixed in CVS now)
- table of contents
- kword documents created in "DTP mode"
- embedded objects

All the rest should work. If it doesn't, please tell me!
