That doesn't look much out of the ordinary -- and it should be caught by the 
checks...

That won't help much, I guess -- it's not the header that's awol, it's the 
lib. If the build couldn't find the header, it would fail to compile, not to 
link. Even so, I'm wondering about the line

m_manufacturer = cmsTakeManufacturer(m_profile);

in core/resouces/kis_filter.cc

That should fail to compile with 1.13 anyway.

Are you sure that configure didn't catch this?
