There is unfortunately new integer overflow vulnerabilities for KOffice.

Please look at
http://kde.org/areas/koffice//releases/1.3.5-release.php
to know how to patch source code. (It is the same procedure for all KOffice 
1.3.x versions.)

As I have strictly not any time to make a new release of KOffice 1.3.x 
currently (at least up to February), there will not be any (except if another 
senior KOffice developer decides to make it instead of me).
