Hello,

I was compiling koffice-1.3.2, and there was an error when compiling
libkwordlatexexport.la. It appears the reason was a missing
$(LIBMAGICK_LDFLAGS) in libkwordlatexexport_la_LDFLAGS. While
investigating, I also noticed it is probably missing KDE_RPATH as well.
