The whole used locale is described in the file. So for OASIS and OpenCalc, it would be better to get the decimal and 1000 symbols used and to try to replace them by the symbols needed by OASIS and OOCalc. (And I suppose that the conversion could perhaps be also needed for the Gnumeric export filter.)
