The problem is in formula cells. In number cells, the number is already 
converted, but in formula cells, the number is not converted. So, opening the 
file in other application (openoffice.org), the formula is not recognized, 
because there is a commas in a place that it shouldn't be.
The idea is the same of a bug that I've reported in opencalc export filter 
(http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=87258).
