I thought that KOffice 1.3 exported in the OO file format, not in OASIS. That 
makes a big difference, as OOWriter 1.1 is loading based on the XML 
namespaces of OpenOffice but those namespaces were changed for OASIS. (So OO 
1.1 cannot read any OASIS document, as far as I know.)
