That is bug #66983:
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=66983
which has be fixed a few days ago.

If you have the source, it is very easy to fix. In the file
koffice/filters/kspread/gnumeric/gnumericexport.cc
there is a call:
m_chain->inputFile()
it should be:
m_chain->outputFile()
