Seems uic didn't run properly - which means am_edit didn't run properly,
or the wrong uic was used.
Remove kwselectbookmarkdiabase.{cpp|cc|h|lo|moc} - are they regenerated?
Or just try again a Makefile.cvs (and check for errors)...
