As the only comments were about not having horizontal lines in KWord 1.3 and 
as only one person has voted for them, horizontal lines will not be in KWord 
1.3. Sorry!

As Thomas Zander has written, the border on top or at the bottom of a 
paragraph can be used a horizontl lines too.
