I get this message when I launch configure on koffice :

checking for qsa... not found
configure: WARNING: qsa >= 20030301 could not be found anywhere, kexi will 
compile without scripting support. check ftp.trolltech.com for qsa >=20030301

I have :

ls -alh /usr/lib/qt3/lib/libqsa.so
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root           15 sep 15 22:40 
/usr/lib/qt3/lib/libqsa.so -> libqsa.so.1.0.1

and 

ls /home/lolo/Logiciels/Kde/KOffice/qsa-x11-free-1.0.1
changes-1.0.1  configure*  configure2/  doc/  examples/  INSTALL  LICENSE.GPL  
Makefile  qsa.pro  README  src/  tools/  util/

I did the configure, make as explained in the INSTALL.

What I have to do to avoid this error message ?
