KWord's horizontal line code has to be disabled because it does not save 
correctly.

The question is: do many people need an horizontal line in KOffice 1.3?

So please add your vote and comment to bug#64151 ( 
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=64151 ) until next Friday (2003-09-19) 
afternoon.

If there are enough people who want it, I will try to do the missing code. 
(However there is no guarantee that it can be done. Sorry!)

If there is nearly nobody who has voted the horizontal line will be disabled 
in KOffice 1.3 and postponed to at least KOffice 1.4.
