That's the well-known RedHat installation problem.

Please read bug reports
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=41867,
and http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=51405 - and run the script provided there
(this script is also available in koffice/tools/scripts/check_koffice_install.sh).

(Although 41867 is about installing KOffice from source on a RedHat system,
so possibly not the same issue).
