You mean turning something like a 3pt stroke into path data?
Yes, this is possible, just look at something like Illustrator or
Corel Draw.
No, this isnt possible with KDE AFAIK.
You may want to have a look at agg2 (www.antigrain.com), which perhaps can
do it.
