KOffice CVS HEAD needs kdelibs for compiling and possibly kdebase for working. 
These KDE modules can either be of KDE CVS HEAD or of the last stable KDE 
version (currently KDE 3.1)

(If you are installing binary packages, do not forget to install the devel 
packages too.)

As for a list of depenency, I do not know if it exists.

Please also note that today/currently KOffice cannot compile on KDE 3.1, as 
it fails on the file koMainWindow.cc. I hope that this will be fixed soon.
