Ok, I see two categories of answer to this problem.
* At the page level: the "pamphlet" option when printing. This is indeed already
available in the print dialog! (Properties / Filter / Add Filter -> 3 pamphlet filters).
Wow, kdeprint rocks.
* At the frame level: the need for manually selecting the order in which the
frames should be used for flowing text. At least a partial order, modelled with
an optional "next frame" for every given frame. I'll try to have a look at this.
